What is your return policy?
Oh No! I’m sorry things did not work out for you, unfortunately we do not accept returns at this time; but here’s the good news, we will exchange within 2 business days of receiving your items, only   if the item was sent damaged or if the item did not fit. This will only include clothing such as pants, shorts, rompers, and skirts; not including, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, and purses.

What is your Exchange Policy?
 

You cannot exchange any item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in anyway. All original tags must be attached. You are allowed to exchange clothing items not including bathing suits, jewelry, lingerie, and purses. You will be charged a 10% fee to exchange your item and also shipping and handling fee, not to exceed $10.00 (U.S Currency).

Final Sale Policy
All items are Finale Sale: Sale items, accessories, swimwear, and purses.
Price Adjustment

We would be happy to offer you a one-time price adjustment if the item you purchased goes on sale within 5 days of your order’s purchase date. A refund for the price difference will be issued in the form of online store credit or back to the original method of payment.

Cancellations

Sorry for the inconvenience but Orders that are cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a 30% restock fee. We work fast for you! We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, you will be charged for the change or cancellation. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately, no later than 24 hours.

Any items not shown on the website are Sold Out, and presumed not to restock.
Adding Items
If the merchandise has already been order, then we are unable to add to the existing order. Please place a new order for the merchandise.
Shipping and Delivery Rates

You will receive your merchandise from 5-10 Business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily when it it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to three business days to process your order. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.
